300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g caster sugar

To make the Cocktail (yields 850ml, enough for 10)

400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (as made above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing

Instructions

To prepare the Syrup: Put the listed items into a pot, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then, take off the stove allowing it to cool down fully. Pour into a sealable bottle, seal keeping it chilled, it can be stored for up to one month.

For the Premix: Combine every spirits and syrup into one big jug, let it rest for an hour, then strain best through cheesecloth, making it perfectly clear.

For serving: Measure 85ml of the premix to a stirring glass packed with ice, and stir gently for about 60 seconds until cold. Pour to a chilled martini glass or similar, top with a few cranberries adding the final touch with a light spray with the mandarin essence above the glass.
